In this project, We all have the same responsible and roles to complete all of the process, Process that I went through in this project from understanding the brief, discover the issues, doing user reasearch, defining the users needs and goals, designing including wireframes and high fidelity prototype, and delivering to user testing. Challenges: Users found the existing website complex with user-unfriendly membership platform, difficult to navigate with confusing hierarchy. Research: Conducted user interviews, case studies, analysis, pain-points, card-sorting, heuristic evaluation, user-persona and scenario, journey mapping, and analysing codes. Ideation and Wireframing: Brainstroming sessions and created low-fidelity wireframes, and combining ideas to create a stronger wireframes to visualize the user flows and navigation improvements. Prototyping and Design: Used Figma to develop interactive prototypes, focusing on the hierachy of each website page, consistency of the design including the features, and maing the overall website look clean and easy to understand, making users want to stay longer to navigate through all of the website. User Testing: Conducted usability tests with potential member users and current member users. Iterating on designs based on the user testing feedback to enhance usability and satisfaction.
